This year marks 50 years that I have been associated with MMI Hotel Group. Even after retiring a few years ago a group of us have stayed in touch After forging lifelong friendships.
MMI Hotel Group is a family. It s an organization that has unpresidented longevity amongst its employees. This is a result of leadership and company ownership believing in its people.
Throughout my career I was always treated fairly and always given the opportunity to grown and experience new things.
Thanks to the founders of the company for what they have done and the contributions they continue to make in developing their people.
It is an honor to still be associated with such a great organization.

Best company I've worked for in my life. There's no better feeling as I father taking care of his family then to have great benefits at work, long term goals and growth within a company, and great management. But the icing on the cake is that the President of the company knows me personally by name. He asks me every time we see each other how's my family doing, THAT'S SPEAKS VOLUMES to me personally.

My first career was with MMI Hotel group. I began as a desk clerk at the Holiday Inn of Lake City, Florida. The job was suppose to last until I completed college but led to a 20 year career. Thanks to the training, opportunity, friendships and knowledge gained, I had a successful tenure and used the management experience to success in two other careers. I appreciate the opportunity that was given to me and the network of friends that has continued to today.

Began my career in 1964 and continued until 2009. The number of years with MMI speaks highly of my overall experience. Colleagues from 50 years ago are still very dear to me. Wish I could award more than five stars....

our room was robbed by the hotel staff at the cabot lodge in MS. A key was made by the front desk and given to a fellow employee. They would not give the police the key records or video footage and we were forced to get a warrant. The police just updated us that the key records have been manipulated. We were given no formal apology and they do not have a manager on site or on the weekends. This hotel makes a profit off of hard working Americans like us and they let a bunch of low life thieves run their hotel and steal from their customers! BEWARE!

I started to work in the mid 60's as a complete novice in the hospital industry. Through shear blind luck I began my carrier with MMI Hotel Group.that lasted 40 years. I could not have been more inspired by the integrity and people oriented nature of the MMI organization.
Through those years I've witnessed countless times the insistence of it's leadership to treat it's associates with fairness and honesty.
A true demonstration of leading by example.

I had the opportunity to work with MMI for more than 40 years in several different positions.
It was a great experience.
MMI is truly a company that cares for it's employees and guest.

This company is good at covering up harassment of its employees by upper management. Women are treated less than their male counterparts. When a complaint is reported the women are usually fired while the perpetrating manager is allowed to remain employed. This is not a good company to work for. This company has a good old boy mentality.

I was fortunate to work with MMI for over 38 years as a General Manager at eleven different franchised and independent hotels throughout the Southeast. The ownership was very responsive to the welfare and needs of both line level and property management employees. The support that I received from the corporate staff was excellent. I never had to question the ethics of the corporate ownership or management. "Our guest is our true boss!"
