The team at MJ Coneyancing helped us with a recent property purchased in Blackburn. The entire process, from initial S32 reviews while we were shopping around all the way through to settlement was extremely well organised and efficient. Jo and Charlotte were always responsive to any queries and remained in communication throughout which is not my previous experience with conveyancers. We even had some settlement complications due to a complex mortgage (bank's fault) but they remained calm throughout and helped us get to the finish line as quickly as possible. MJ team is the EXACT team that Im looking for! Cant thank Jo any more with her super professional experience who helped me settle my property!! Prior to meeting up with Jo, I came across different solicitors but Jo is the One who is so patient and approachable to respond whatever enquiries so that her clients(at least me) are very confident and competent to make any decisions or negotiate with the vendor. In that way, the team in there is to protect their clients from any risks but at the same time help them to get what they wanted.
