I have called several times to get information about a purchased machine, they told me to leave my contact details to be contacted and then get the relevant information, and it's 2 months (if not more) that I wait for their reply by email or phone. Zero phone support, I hope at least roadside assistance works.
I send a complaint email to report that no fewer than 2 dealers have ever responded to my requests for information. Well, even the parent company (at least Italian headquarters) does not deny: on the site they write that you get an answer within 24 hours but I never got any sign of life.
