Poor communication, poor delivery and unclear agre...
Poor communication, poor delivery and unclear agreements.
Hereby an order made on April 22, 2016, The water paid through ideal and would be delivered. Clearly on their site is also delivery and sale to individuals. The first delivery would take place on April 29, 2016.
There would also be a confirmation email of the payment and the delivery date. Unfortunately, that day are waiting but nothing. Office but called again unfortunately the driver was sick and there was not enough staff due to sick. Great can happen, but a phone call would be great anyway.
New date planned also a confirmation email would be sent (we asked for it ourselves) but again not now Mr. Aqua wanted to schedule the appointment on May 3, while I still indicated that it is my daughter's birthday and I in the morning have to do the shopping. However, the employee insisted on having the delivery take place on 3 May.
So indeed Mr Aqua had been at the door in the morning while we had indicated that we were not there.
So I called again on my daughter's birthday. There was no driver around anymore. Delivery would now take place on 6 May. Again asked so May 6! YES it was said.Now again waited all day and no one seen office but again called and it appears that the company is closed ..... What a damper ... So order somewhere else then you are cheaper and the service even better too. This is the last time I have ordered my water here.

Keep agreements well, deliver the bottles of water within a few days when you order and we are also very satisfied with the maintenance / cleaning of the cooler itself. Recently the device no longer cooled, was immediately picked up for repair and got one on loan. TOP SERVICE!
