If you are considering solar, do not, I repeat do NOT fill out one of those, I want to learn more questionnaires. They will be calling you MONTHS later and selling your number to Lord knows who. DO give Sun Solar a call. It is a process: inquiry to install to activation. My Energy Consultant was, Shane Flanagan. He knows what customer service means. I had many questions. I had cold feet. I was confused about some of the legalese. Shane was there every step of the way. He was prompt. He was available outside banker hours. He didn t disappear when the sale was finalized and the unit activated. I do not exaggerate when I say I had many questions. The installation crew was stellar! On time, neat, organized, knowledgeable, polite, professional. I am really glad I listened to the lead installer, Brian, during the process. This guy knows what he is doing. I learned a lot that day. The system was installed in one day and it looks classy. For my application it is hardly visible from the front of the house and is in no way clumsy looking from any of the other three sides. There are apps, ( of course there is an app for everything ) to help you monitor your energy use and savings. The system is sold based on your actual usage so there is a very tangible benefit. If you re considering Solar, call these guys. Really.

1st off I own a construction company. So I am picky about everything in my trade and especially my personal house that is extremely custom. I pre planned this whole solar thing before I even began construction, decided on sun solar wanted to have all my wiring ran into my house so there wasn't conduit ran everywhere on the outside.. pre paid had it all good to go.. I guess that was the problem.. they weren't used to ppl being prepared and the fact that I already paid them I got put on th back burner... The office itself is very unorganized . I never knew who to call who was doing what I had 6 different ppl calling me from different areas but if i tried to call back after work I could never get anyone, or the right person. Jimmy was my salesman and he was the best experience I had.. if I doubt I called him and he figured it out and got back to me.. but if it wasn't for Jimmy and a few installers I would hate this company. Final straw to write this message was today ppl were supposed to be at my house from 8-10 to install the solar reader.. mo one showed up.. no call.. I called and the guy I talked to yesterday confirming all this didn't answer... It has been a pain throughout

Poor customer service! I have tried to resolve an issue with this company since the end of July. We were told wrong information and misled costing us lots of money. I have sent emails made calls and most recently sent a written lettper if my complaint to the CEO and no response. The information given to use was not told by just one , not two but 3 different people! And when it came down to reimbursing an expense, they will not honor what they said it. Take ownership of the problem!

Become a sun solar customer a couple years ago. Unfortunately by the art of nature we had to have a new roof put on, so had to have sun solar come out to remove all the panels so roofers could do they're job. Took several phone calls and many attempts and a high dollar amount to get sun solar out to remove the panels. Ok that part was done. Now roof was finished the next day, and day # 4 still calling sun solar to put panels back on with no luck to get them into action. As seen from pictures they are all over my back yard. Can't mow, aren't getting the electricity reduction benefits, nothing. Am not pleased with sun solar and will not recommend them to any one.

When we decided to update our home to solar, we reviewed several companies. Sun Solar was the best we found. The customer service prior to purchase was excellent. Nate and Gavin were very patient and answered numerous questions. Once we purchased, installation proceeded very quickly. We are now just waiting for the power company to change our meter. Thank you Sun Solar for a fast seamless conversation and continued great customer service.

Love the people, environment and their strive for helping homeowners & businesses save money by going solar and taking care of them after install. You couldn t ask for a better company and team!

I recently posted a negative review blaming Sun Solar for a problem I was having with the finance company they recommended. Since then, Bill and Alan contacted me and were nothing but helpful and cooperating. I won't go into specifics but I will say that Sun Solar did not have to go the lengths they did to resolve a problem they had nothing to do with. I have never, in my life, been more satisfied and honestly blown away with the level of professionalism and how far they'll go to make their customers happy. If you're thinking of going solar call Sun Solar!

This company is almost impossible to deal with. Left 2 messages within 4 days still no calls. Was told they would send statements to me but they do then they quit. Almost impossible to reach by phone. Once your system is in they aren t wanting to deal with you. I started sending my payment in to them because the company they were dealing with took a double payment out and took me 3 weeks to get it back. if you get solar power from then just be prepared to go through some headaches. It seems the only way they will contact you if you leave a negative review This is my 4th year with them

Today is the first full day my system has been running. The entire experience of getting my system planned out and installed has been great. Shane Flanagan was my Energy Consultant. He was excellent to work with and helped me plan the perfect system for my needs. Corinne Griffin was my Project Coordinator and she helped me understand every step of the process as we moved along. I would highly recommend Sun Solar to anyone who uses electricity!
