Every employee that I have met in person and talked with on the phone has been so engaged and welcoming me to their company. It is a genuine feeling that you get across the board. I truly feel they are there to help you when needed.
Don't do it. You spent years building your practice and forming relationships with your patients. These people will offer you the sun, moon, and stars only to overhaul your staff, and leave your patients broke, bewildered, and devastated.

MVP knows how to take good care of employees. In the field of Vet medicine, it's hard to find jobs that offer good benefits. MVP offers health, dental, eye insurance, as well as a dream fund/401 k programs. The pay is great compared to many other clinics. I feel as though they really care about all the staff. They are a Veterinary owned Corporation so as professionals working in the field, they know how clinics should be run. Love working for MVP.
