Received our COVID19 vaccines here. Both appts. were so simply and easy. They have an incredible setup and are very kind. So thabkful for the staff! Thank you!

Fast and efficient service. Have gone to the ER and was quickly taken in and seen by great physicians who thoroughly diagnosed my issue.

They dont even deserve a star... My Dad has been there for more than a week for covid pheumonia... not 1 doctor has called us to tell him how he is doing... we have to call the nurses but some are very rude and just say he is the same... how are we supposed to know about him.. he recently had a anciety attack and no one came to help 20 min later after i called they went in to check him.. i understand some nurses are tired but they need to be compasionate about the pacients.. we need answers and noone has giving us any info

Current policy if chairs are full (there are 6-8) then you have to wait outside in the heat. Appreciate that when we are under excessive heat advisory. Building full of talent & no common sense.

This hospital is the worst hospital they should take it down my uncle went here bcz he had bleeding in his urine they said nothing wrong ur fine then he went to DHR they found out he has cancer on he's prostate he passed away last year this hospital never found out wat he had.. This hospital is worst hospital in the valley

As a pastor, I have a different experience than most. I've been to the hospital many times to visit church members and their family. Nobody really wants to be in the hospital, so it's always tough. However, the staff has always been helpful and kind to me. They seem to provide good care to the patients I meet. I'm thankful for the people at Mission hospital.

My father in law suddenly collapsed and was taken here by ambulance. My mother in law, his wife of 43 years, stood in the waiting room and was nonchalantly told he s gone by a man with crazy hair who didn t identify himself and then casually walked away. She was in shock and had to ask the receptionist if he was a doctor. She said he was. It s been 5 months and she s still struggling with how she had to learn that her husband died. I understand that a hospital can t save everyone, but this doctor s disregard for the hardest moment of someone s life is absolutely appalling. Have some compassion for people or get out of healthcare!

This hospital does not get the credit it deserves, I had a horrible experience at dhr when I gave birth but this hospital made me so comfortable. Everyone is so nice and they care for you like family. Definitely recommend

My mother was in the hospital for 5 weeks. Not once did they test her for Covid. They should had tested her after 2 weeks being in there and there didn t. We could had been there for my mom. She passed away alone. Most hardest thing ever. These hospitals need to provide more patient care and be more compassionate. We understand nurses are over worked. But if the family members are willing to assist to give them a break, they should accept the help. Horrible hospital.
