Really bad service. French student in The Hague, I had my papers stolen. Not knowing what to do I go to the embassy in panic. Don't even let me in and just tell me that I have to go to Amsterdam to the consulate because the embassy only handles diplomacy. No further advice on the procedures to be done knowing that I have no means of payment (my card having been stolen), nor reception at the embassy.
In the end, the Dutch police are much more welcoming.
