Best bike I have ever ride. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bike was a charm to ride, and I did all kind of road (steep hills, flat, city). Definitely a must if one is looking at biking around town. Would suggest to anyone for the price!
Great quirky basic bike shop. Knowledgeable friendly staff. I had ordered a bike online (which is fantastic BTW) and went to see the brick and mortar location last week. I got to see behind the scenes where the bikes are built. I had a ton of questions which they were very helpful with. Their bikes are solid no nonsense and well built with care.
Beautiful place just to even look at. We stepped in more because how appealing everything looked rather than interest in bikes. We had a very friendly and informative conversation with the owner about how and what to customize in a bike and various equipment.
I bought a bike second-hand, which turned out to be a bike from Mission Bicycle. I needed some help setting it up to fit me, so I figured I'd come directly to the source. I was worried they wouldn't be helpful since I wasn't the original owner. On the contrary, everyone was very friendly, answered all my questions, got me the parts I needed, and showed me how to set it up. The bike itself is great as well. In the future, when budget allows, wouldn't hesitate to get a bike made here :)

Beautiful bikes, super helpful staff, and good gear. This place is amazing, and they let you test ride/rent bikes. If you ever have an issue with a bike you bought from them, they are very quick to help fix it. I can't recommend them enough.
Build the most beautiful bike at this amazing store! I love my white bike and get tons of compliments on it. The staff is so helpful and will make sure every component is perfect for you. They give great advice and will help you work within your budget, but that said the bikes are not cheap. They also ship all over the country. I love my bike!
The folks over at Misson Bicycle Company in SF are just the best. They are so kind, genuine, and competent. Joe and Josh made my day, my bike is no longer rattling, and I got the parts and know-how I needed. Well-made custom bikes and lots of gear. Definitely give them a spin for your two-wheeled needs. Beware: the store is beautiful and, if you're not careful, you'll leave with 231 bikes and 30 other random accessories :)
Mission Bicycle has been a staple name in the SF bike scene for over a decade! They're bustling shop is located in the heart of the mission and right up the block from a few major public transit arteries and in close proximity to some of SF's most popular parks and bike routes. I've been working with Brandon on a B2B level since last fall and I am extremely impressed at his attention to detail and knowledge of the products he stocks and sells.
