Two words: comfort food. Decent portions and mid-range prices. The place is spacious, bright, and wheelchair friendly. Service was friendly and fast. Good location in downtown Oakland, with street parking available within the vicinity. We arrived in the early evening and were able to park for free.
This is absolutely horrible. I came here the beginning of COVID last year and it was amazing. This time when I visited the bay and came here, it was awful and the customer service was sad. I don t know what happened, but Miss Ollie would be disappointed with her legacy. The food was expensive for no reason. Never again!

We totally had a great meal here! The plantains were delicious, the corn fritters? -On point for sure. I had the Chicken and waffle, we shared the doughnuts, the chicken sandwich was good, and the salad was flavorful. Certainly a spot to stop in and have a taste.
