If you refuse to wear a mask they refuse to serve you. No problem its their right and my right is to no longer use their establishment.

I ve had a box here for 3 years. Incredible customer service. The manager is one of the best out there. We left another UPS store in Summerlin and came to this one...best move we ever made. Offers UPS and USPS service. Every employee is attentive and knowledgeable.

I love this store and come often but PLEASE open earlier than 10 am... its Saturday and you dont open til 10 am??? There's at least 6 people waiting to get in. Its 9 55 am

This place is a rip off. I went in to print one black and white sheet of paper from a USB drive. The sales clerk tried to charge me $3 for one sheet of paper. I eventually talked her down to $2, but that's still insane for one sheet. FedEx and Office Max charge $0.15 - $0.30 a sheet. If I had known it would have been so much I would have gone elsewhere, but the price wasn't posted anywhere. The clerk wasn't too friendly about it either. Go elsewhere, this place charges way too much.

Came in on a Friday to ship a package. Was told for $45 i could have it delivered by end of day Monday. Monday came and went and the package, after a week, has not been delivered. Come to find out this UPS location i paid to ship it left the package at their store over the weekend so it never went out in time. Called to get an update and they don't answer their phone. Wont be back here.

The website says they are open until 9pm today. It is only 6 pm and they are closed. No information on the door as to why. I believe these are all franchised and this one will not be in business very much longer if this is how they run their business. Don t waste your time with this place.

I have used this UPS Store location numerous times, and have always found them to be very helpful and courteous. The manager Kim is resourceful as well as professional.

Friendly staff, clean store. The girl made my returns easy and it didn't take up too much of my lunch break. Happy it is here.

I've used this store numerous time to drop off packages for USPS and UPS, make copies, and to get help in shipping by UPS. The staff has always been extremely helpful, and I've been there numerous times over the past year or so. It's a great location in Downtown Summerlin, just a few feet away from Trader Joe's.

We love everyone that works here. Everyones friendly and help me with everything. Hanna is sharp as they come! Thank you for everything you do for our business.

Customer Service sucks, manager is a total idiot. They mailed package, but didn't mail it UPS. Isn't that the reason I went to A UPS STORE and not the post office. All the manger said was sorry your lost. My lost of $200!!!!! This store is a joke, go some where else!!!!!

Nothing but exceptional service here. All the employees are ALWAYS extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We rent a box here and with that comes front of the line service when picking up a package. I get all my copies done here because the quality of the work they do outweighs doing it on my inkjet printer. Their laser printers do my address labels, business cards, tags for my daughters cake cops business, invoices, color photos and layout pages and clear acetates for my overhead projector for my mural business! I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Not even a star for the manager (that FAT lady). Poor customer service. I have been getting charged $1.32 for 3 color copies on my memory stick in the last 3 days with the different staff that was on duty at that time. On the 4th day she was the one helping me. I only needed 2 copies on my memory stick and she was charging me $2.94 for 2 copies. Even thought I told her what I was paying, she reduced my charges to $1.99 still to much. If you go to this store avoid the fat lady, she'll eat you up...

This is the absolute WORST store! I would drive miles to avoid! They are rude and have horrible customer service. The store advertises services they don t offer during their business hours. One star is too generous!

According to the website this location was open till 9 PM! And when I arrived it had a note on the door and said closed!!! If they were going to close then it should post as closed! Very unprofessional especially si cec the rest said closed and I drove all the way here because it stated it was open!
