When you go to speak with an attorney you often don't know what to expect, will they give you just enough information to be able to bill you, will it be difficult to explain a complex situation, will they have all the answers to your questions. In this case the professionalism and organized thinking of this attorney made it so simple even with some complex considerations that I would highly recommend him. He seems like a man who is both knowledgable and someone you can trust and at no point in time hurried me just to get on to other work. Instead he made sure to help me clearly understand what my actions should be. A gentleman I would recommend to family or friends.

Use Richard Kessler instead of Robert. Please do not use Robert Mirque for your immigration case. Me and my wife have had nothing but trouble and headaches for 2 years with him now. He didn t tell us that we could do an inquiry on our K1 visa after 6 months of filing. He lost our RFE paperwork and we had to resend it which made our case take longer. USCIS never received our Green Card application and I couldn t get Robert on the phone or email for 2 1/2 months. I m currently suing him for attorney malpractice so save yourself the headache and go with Richard Kessler instead.

Great person and great attorney. Robert has been very helpful through out whole process and made it easy and less stressful to me. there are tons of immigration attorney and many time they don't deal with you personally and have their assistance or para-legal to deal with you but this is not the case here with Robert and his firm.
