We worked with the Sacramento group for our playground. The salesmen met with us at the site, measured it all himself, then had his colleagues do the design work. It was delayed in arrival for two weeks. Then he said he would have a team ready to install--one man arrived for 1500 lbs + of equipment. On top of it, somewhere along the lines, he measured wrong or they designed wrong. They tell us they have a re-design, but now it is another 12 days before they can come back because they are busy on other projects. The error was their mistake, but we are getting the short end of it. We would not have ordered if we knew of this delay that has prevented us from having a playground in our short summer season (we tore our other one out).
