We made the mistake of hiring Miracle Construction and Consortium (MCC), Homagama, Sri Lanka, led by Ajith Ranabahu. They are masters of convincing presentations—their payment and schedule plans look perfect on paper. But once you sign, the nightmare begins.

The moment the job was theirs, the promised schedule became meaningless. MCC’s only consistent action was constantly revising plans, pushing for early payments under the guise of "speeding up" the project, yet delivering almost nothing.

Our site was left neglected: no material deliveries, and no workers to complete the essential tasks.

Ultimately, they abandoned our house project halfway through. We had to pay substantial extra costs to other contractors just to fix their mess and finish our home.

Don't fall for the trap. MCC will cost you far more than you save. Do yourself a favour: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
