Every month 2-3 aed is deducted from my account.what's wrong is going on? Is there is any problem in your apps.or you will charge the fee for downloading haffed apps

Its very annoying as no online banking, no app available for iPhone user.
really have to increase the facilities, since everyone not prefer to go to ATM for withdrawal.
i wish could give below 1 star to this card.

Seems there is no body in Sales department of the company and for me it was a very bad experience as tried to contact them for 6 days continuously with no response. I think if there is no response from sales side either by mails or phones in the beginning then what would be the future support whey they mention 24/7. Its poorly managed company but i wish them to improve in customer care.
