My parents have lived there for over 6 years. They have experienced all aspects of the home: independent living, transitional care, memory care, long term care and assisted living. Our experience has been wonderful. Very professional and caring staff who immediately respond to any concerns. I have visited daily for over six years and I have been very impressed by the loving care extended to all residents.

This is my second stay at the Masonic home. Once I have been here for a knee replacement and now for a hip replacement. I am coming here because I want competent and aggressive rehab. I live by myself and need to get back on my feet asap. Twice per day I received OT and PT. On each of my stays, Jakuv was my main physical therapist. He was the perfect fit for my needs.
I only wished that the pain medication could have been automatically administered on time before PT. But knowing this, I just reminded the nurse if it was necessary.
Hopefully, I do not need to come back with another replacement. But should I need transitional care again, the Masonic Home would be my first choice.

The Transitional Care Unit has major communication problems. They gave my family one week to find a different living situation for my Mom with barely any assistance. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I've never written a review for anything. I'm doing so now, because the way we were treated was the worst experience of my life. Don't send your loved ones here.

If your mother has a problem with her shoes from Nordstrom, you will receive better attention & service than from these managers.

My parents have resided here for almost 10 years - a simple call to the housing staff? Even a letter to the CEO? About inspecting the carpet in my mother's unit that hadn't been replaced in over 10 years ? received NO response whatsoever.

Look at the organisational chart. Leadership starts at the top. You'll see one old white guy surrounded by a bunch of women. That explains what goes on here.

I am top rated Google reviewer, who bends over backwards to give 5 star reviews whenever I can. These people are awful. Avoid.

I am a neighbor. Their administrator will not return phone calls and they are a bad neighbor because they keep a Woodland that is overrun with buckthorn and Woodbine. If they cannot care for their land how can they care for the elderly? They are a bad neighbor
And a bad steward of their resources

This organization does not care for its patients or workers. Do not send your loved one to Minnesota Masonic. I have also worked as a medical doctor at The Colony in Eden Prairie and Martin Luther Manor in Bloomington. These are much nicer facilities which provide better care.

They call him Al when his name is Ed and leave him in his wheelchair all day when he can walk because they won't bother to put his suspenders on and when we call and ask about him they don't know who we are talking about. I don't understand what going on there on the third floor the first floor did a wonderful job with my grandmother who had Alzheimer's so if you have someone going there and the only open spot is on the third floor don't do it unless you can check on them daily.

Wonderful Care, Staff and Facility, Every visit there I am reimpressed with the entire situation there. Nothing to gripe about is our biggest complaint. Good food, caring staff, clean, beautiful grounds and views, and great comraderie among the residents help it be a good place to call home.
