Worst company to have!!! I wish my employer would have chosen a better company for our retirement and investment plan. Waiting on the phone for more than an hour and not getting sent the right forms to fill out.

Since the take over this place has grown more organized band user friendly.

Been on hold for over and hour and half about the status of my withdrawal. Have also messaged multiple times with NO response. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company to invest with. I understand COVID-19 has done a number with companies and being short staffed but this is ridiculous.

They are not a great financial company. You should try somebody else for any of your financial needs.

I've been trying to be in contact with Securian during business hours and have been on hold for over 30 minutes for both calls. I've been really frustrated with the lack on tech options for managing my funds.

I worked as a trucker in Florida, the company I worked for used securian financial to handle retirement. I enrolled in the program, and contributed. In 2018 I was permanently disabled in a automobile accident I received notification of my benefits however after many days of stalling securian will not pay my distribution. I have called several times seeking what is my retirement and they have told me the is a distribution process that takes 5 days, on day 5 I called and now there is some other reason there is no distribution.... I have worked very hard as a trucker for my money and this company is holding up my distribution.

Got a new job. Applied for life insurance cause I do at every Job. Well denied because I'm over weight. Ok I have been in great health all my life and gained weight due to having children. This is a great disappointment.

I met with Matt one on one but he didn't have any business cards. I asked him to follow up with an email where we could meet again. I never received the email. After three weeks I found his work email on their website and sent an email. It has been two week and I still have not heard from him. If you are looking to invest your money and trust someone I would not go here. How can you rely on someone who can't communicate?

The automated message hung up on me not once, twice, or three times BUT FOUR TIMES! The person assisting me made me give them my address 3 times when it was correct the first and second time and now I have to wait to be helped AGAIN. Their customer service is terrible.
