I write so that other citizens do not have the same thing as me. He had to seal some documents to apostille and on the page of the ministry he said that it was necessary to turn to the attention of the citizen. In the same way I called via telephone line and they give me the same information so I went to the ministry today and surprise fence they no longer receive physical documents everything is via the Internet. I lost half a day because of bad information that the ministry is giving on its channels such as the website and its telephone line. I enclose the steps to follow because I did not know where else to put this information.

Good afternoon,

Good afternoon,
It seems to me that the Ministry's service does not comply with the terms required by law, since the validation process, pursuant to Decree 20797 of October 9, 2017, is up to four (4) months to resolve the foreign title validation of higher education and takes more than five (5) months.
I have already lodged three complaints, a right of petition, I have presented myself twice and they do not give me an answer. They say it was to notify last week AND the resolution has not come out nor answered the right of petition. They should comply with the law and inform users how the procedure is actually going, because they do not give a reason about it. Unfortunately I was awaiting a job promotion, but due to the breach of the terms of the ministry I can no longer ascend.

I made a request for a bachelor's degree validation, and after the period of 15 working days I received a notice of postponement of more than 15 days, and more than 1 month has passed and I did not have any response. I already called them multiple times and the only answer I have is that there is a high volume of requests and that I have to wait; The Colombian government says it wants to internationalize its higher education, but this key process, due to its extreme slowness, becomes a great obstacle for the students who come to Colombia. For example, if I do not have my validation in October, I will lose my place in the university, because I had confidence in that system that increasingly disappoints me, when the only thing I can do is 'wait'. You should learn with the Ministry of Foreign Relations that you do a good job.

It is a super large building. It almost takes half a block. Next to the new courts of cundinamarca. In front of a military unit. There are several parking lots to store your car. It has two entries. Very good private security

Many people go to this Entity to answer questions but the information is superficial. The platform where all services should be processed is unfriendly and not well designed. The Ministry must exercise better control of the entities that offer programs to people and not wait for them to find out that they were left when there is nothing left to do. Disseminate the lists of the institutions certified by the Ministry both inside and outside the country. Advise people who are going to study abroad and that their time and money is well spent.

CONGRATULATIONS in this entity are worthy representatives of the administrative INEFFICIENCY of the state, I have been waiting a month for the validation of a high school diploma and I do not know how much longer it can take, definitely a lot to improve, the lack of management and bureaucracy is total, implement a quality management system and if they have it then it is not serving them much and the saddest thing is to see the previous comments it seems that there is no interest in improving.

Ministerio de Educación, also known as the Ministry of Education, is a government agency in Colombia that is responsible for the development and implementation of education policies and programs. The agency's primary goal is to provide quality education to all Colombians, regardless of their socio-economic status or geographic location.

The Ministerio de Educación was established in 1953 with the aim of promoting education as a means to achieve social and economic development. Since then, it has been working tirelessly to improve the quality of education in Colombia by providing access to educational opportunities for all citizens.

It recognizes that teachers play a critical role in shaping young minds and ensuring that students receive quality instruction. As such, it provides ongoing training opportunities for teachers across Colombia so they can continue honing their skills and delivering high-quality instruction.

Overall, Ministerio de Educación's efforts have yielded impressive results over the years. Today, more Colombians than ever before have access to quality educational opportunities thanks largely due its initiatives aimed at improving early childhood education, expanding access to higher learning institutions, supporting teacher training programs among others.
