If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible work environment, I m Hispanic & apparently you gotta be directly from Mexico for any of the other Hispanic women to like you. They ll find every reason to pick on you and point you out or get you in trouble even when you re doing your job perfectly. HR is no help if you re a temp, I called to tell my side of a story and Brenda hung up on me while I was talking. Called back she said I don t need your story and hung up again. Very Embarrassing.
Worked there for two weeks and hated every minute! If you don't speak Spanish you won't fit in! It is very fast paced and very repetitive! That are strict on everything! They won't let you go out to your vehicle and they told me I can't wear a back brace when my back was hurting! Crappy place to work at!
I hate to say it but if you're not hispanic don't waste your time working here , they'll look for reasons to end your assignment , favoritism and nepotism is what i experienced while i was there , very unprofessional! The sad thing is this is 2019 and i've only witnessed discrimination and straight up stupidity while i was there , I'm a college student and was told i would have a set schedule and then i was forced into a shift i was unable to work ! I'm not on here to whine about being fired just here to warn anyone who plans to work here ! DON'T WORK HERE ! A complete waste of time ..
New Minigrip Commercial. Our bags for all generic brands are more important than the livelihood of our employees. We first create an unworkable environment. This includes not having all required equipment. We require our employees to constantly exert themselves lifting 90 to 120 pounds constantly, to get thier fingers smashed 10 times a day, and penalize them if they want to go to church. Also we use the 2 on 3 off rule for scheduling while making our workers to not have off those days, since we can't keep employees with our policies. So if you want to have minigrip make your bags with extremely fatigued employees, give us a call.
