I have been buying my products from MiniGadgets, Inc for a few years now. The whole team is always helpful and friendly. They offering Lifetime warranty and lifetime tech support on everything you buy from them. A lot of their products are made in America, too! So, overall this company would be one of my favorite companies to buy my products from.

Bought a voice changer from these people on Ebay for $124.00. Didn't work. Tried and tried to make it work. Ask other people to check it out and see if it was just me. Wasn't just me. Seller on ebay asked me to call mini gadgets, inc. and talk to a tech about it. The tech I was to ask for was never there and waited 30 minutes to talk to another tech who couldn't help me. Talked to the seller again, they asked me to call mini gadgets back again, which I did. Waited on a tech for an hour, never got them on the phone. Finally the seller decided to give me my money back, but mini gadgets only wants to give him a partial refund. Beware!!!! Don't buy anything from these people.

Poor sales/support, live chat doesn't work, bad demonstration videos, not willing to help, you have to log in to order but there is no register facility, prices hidden... doesn't feel like they care. They do not deserve my business, so they will not get it.
