Minchin Buick GMC Review

I recently purchased an AT4 pickup from Mnuchin GMC. My salesman JD was incredible. This was the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had. JD knew everything about the truck and was able to help and advise on all the options and accessories. He just understood what I wanted and delivered. His professionalism and attention to detail were exactly what I needed. The trade in process and the paper work was seamless, which is even more impressive especially in the new COVID world we live in. I would highly recommend JD to any friend.

As a critical care nurse during this pandemic I was very disappointed to see employees wearing no mask, in fact the mechanic who brought me back my car was driving in it with no mask. I understand there are people who feel masks are not necessary and that is there choice but have respect for us who do. I immediately bleached wiped my car down. Also the service manager had her mask hanging off her ear... I also bleached wipe my keys she touched. Very disappointing

Well, today was my first and most likely last time going to Minchin for service. I went in for an oil change which was fine and upon checking out was told I needed a new battery among other things. The thing is, I just got a new battery less than 3 months ago, so of course I was skeptical. Immediately after leaving the dealership and only paying for the oil change, I went to AutoZone to check my battery. Turns out my 3 month old battery is just fine! So now I'm left to wonder if Minchin was trying to pull a fast one on me because I'm a young woman or they are just scamming customers for the heck of it.

I am never disappointed when I bring my vehicle for servicing. The buick team, especially Laurie, makes me feel like I'm their only customer. They always pay attention to my needs in a timely manner & their prices can't be beat. Thank you!
