no overnight parking, they Will ask you to leave and come back in the morning for your delivery. they unload you fast, backing into the dock is kind of tricky especially if there are other trucks parked in the dock.
Usually 1 1/2 unload people have told me worse,I have been there 50 times on had one bad unload 2 1/2 hrs,but I here they are not going to be accepting beer loads anymore
Total wine sells a keg of Yuengling in Florida for 82.00. Here in Raleigh, they have to sell it for 139.00. Why, because NC beverage laws allow these middle men to rape us. Can t wait to see these guys put out of business. I, like many, buy craft brew directly from the brewery to get around this. The Macro breweries are going to get tired of losing in North Carolina. They will have more influence in the general assembly than the nc beverage distrutors lobby. Things will change one day
Wonderful company, very respectful and motivational! I had a very good experience with a representative and I must say he was very helpful and welcoming, definitely 5 star..
Wonderful company to work with!! Jim and Bobby are both highly involved and care about there company. A true inspiration as a vendor!!
Delivery took 45 minutes. No Overnight Parking, there's a gate and once you're unloaded you need to leave.
The Mims team is great to work with! Their staff of beer and wine experts are second to none in region. I highly recommend them and their services.
Worst customer service. This us how our typical transactions with them go.
Have to call in for pick order since they only deliver on a day that we're closed.
On the day of pickup, they need notice before you come in to pick up. We call an hour ahead.
After arrival, they make you wait anywhere from 20 to 40 min before loading you up.
How does NC state think this is helpful to any existing or new businesses? We're considering discontinuing Mim's lines...
