What an amazing experience I went in for a procedure and have never been treated so well. The nurses at Ward B were so caring and attentive and so willing to assist were possible. The food was warm and so tasty. Everyone greeted and smiled even with a mask. My greatest compliments to all. I am truly grateful for all your kindness.

walked in with a dislocated shoulder. Was seen to promptly. Doctor, Nurses and X-ray staff were great. A few hours later, my shoulder was popped back into place and i was on my way home.

My brother and I were at Mediclinic milnerton overnight. Fantastic service from admission to discharge. Surgeons, anesthetists and nurses were all great. I would like to make special mention of nurse Catarina - she is an angel!!

I came in with a separated shoulder in a fair amount of pain. There was no panic though, so I waited in line for the person behind the counter to finish paperwork before they acknowledged my existence. We were the only two people in the line.
I waited for about 10min when the person in front of me in the line, who's paperwork was being processed, asked the person behind to counter to please just help me first as they were feeling sorry for me standing there waiting in pain without even being acknowledged while they were trying to get the credit card machine to work.
Not a "Hello, we will be with you shortly", no eye contact, nothing.
Still nothing. He still did not even look in my direction. At this point my experience seemed similar to waiting in line at the traffic department.
So fast forward a couple of hours. My girlfriend who has been waiting in the waiting room for 2+ hours, politely asks a lady behind this counter this time, if she has any idea on my progress. The lady then tells her I have been discharged, and that she is no longer allowed to wait inside, and kicks her out. Rudely. I hadn't been discharged at all, I was still waiting for my x-rays.
When I was finally discharged, my girlfriend joking said that she had been looking for me everywhere because the lady said I had been discharged. The lady clearly took offence to this, and blamed the "computer system". ZERO APOLOGY.
Once I got through the doors away from reception, things went smoothly enough, and my doctor was very helpful and friendly.
I am changing my medical aid this week, so that I never ever have to visit the Milnerton Medi-Clinic again. As an action sports person who gets injured often, this was about my 4th terrible experience there.
