They do not pay out. They drag out claims and play games and try to put you in a weak position using their many resources, so they can simply get out of paying. Orndorf, the CEO is an evil, twisted person who claims to do good in society yet his organization is built upon scamming hard working Americans and not paying out. We are out several million dollars due to these parasites. Spend a few more dollars and get a legitimate policy from an A rated company, otherwise you'll regret it and lose it all when you least expect it. No one will be there for you, so avoid putting yourself in that position in the first place. You have been warned.
