Miller Wholesale Lumber Company Review

Was looking for some scrap plywood offered to pay for it at discount rate. Guy was rude when I asked him where I might find someone who might he told me they dont sell it and hung up on me.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WOULD. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Woke up to a call from my contractor, found out Miller Wholesale CHARGED MY CLIENT. AFTER WE ALREADY PAID FOR OUR MATERIALS. When calling to fix this issue (NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER) GATOR decided it was acceptable to cuss and degrade me during the call. I was then HUNG UP ON. When I called back I had another gentleman who provided me with the owners phone number. THANK YOU ED COX FOR BEING HELPFUL. I have left a message with the owner, letting then know EXACTLY what GATOR is doing to their company. My next step is an attourney if we do not resolve this issue today. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS MONEY. UNTIL GATOR IS GONE DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!!!

Great customer service and professionalism. Ed Cox is great to work with and makes things happen. The delivery driver was very proficient and friendly. Their quality of lumber ensured that my project turned out amazing. Thanks to every employee at Miler Wholesale.

Best customer service and very friendly people love the place

Very rude and condescending. Not just one salesman, but both people I talked to on the phone. First guy hung up on me after insisting I didn't know what brown pressure treated lumber looks like....even though I had purchased said lumber from them on multiple instances. The next guy I talked to, after I called them back, was not much better.

Amazing company amazing people! Get you taken care of with commercial or residential lumber needs. Excellent prices, excellent product, superior customer care. Went in for a custom beam order and have a lumber supplier for life. Hard to find a company like this anymore. 5 stars!
