I was driving down 30 west in Mansfield, Oh. going about 4 mile over the speed, Passing a semi. I looked behind me and he is within about 24 inches on my bumper putting my life, my child, and anyone he had on that bus s life in danger. Check your drivers before he kills a lot of innocent people!

Was driving home from work in Cleveland, oh. I was trying to merge onto the highway (77 south), and I got between 2 Miller transport buses. The bus driver was yelling at me to get out of her way and waving her hands all over the place. I did not cut her off I was merging onto the highway. Super unprofessional and super unsafe to have a bus full of people acting like a crazy person!
We used Miller Transportation, more specifically the trolley, for our wedding day! The driver was prompt and the trolley was very clean! Throughout the day he continued to ask if we were comfortable and didn't bat an eye at some photo requests! would highly recommend miller transportation for you wedding day needs.
I have never traveled with them but I'm trying to contact them to schedule a trip. I realize with the covid 19 that they aren't working under normal conditions but I have made several attempts to contact someone with questions I have and to book the trip. You have to send an email and there is no response. Could someone that's traveled with them on a 5 day trip. let me know how it went, please. Thank you
They are extremely rude & have poor customer service. The driver was an hour late to his stop .
I had to chase him down, only for him to pull over on the side of the highway !!! In traffic to deny passage !! When I tell you this is the most disgusting company to ever transport people . Then I call to complain & they re more focused on defending their drives than their customers support & safety !
I was recently in Louisville for a work conference. Miller Transportation transported our entire conference to an event. On the way back from the event I left my phone on one of the buses but didn't realize it until after hours. The next day David Morgan from Miller searched the bus for my phone and personally delivered it back to the hotel where I was staying. I am forever grateful for his excellent customer service.

My husband and I used Miller for the first time. I highly recommend them especially if you can be on a tour with Debbie our guide and her husband Gary the coach driver. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the time to enjoy each day. A ten day trip turned into a lifetime dream to see Yellowstone, Wyoming, and many other places. I am waiting for the 2018 tour book to arrive so we can begin another journey.
