I was here for an oil change and inspection. The wait was longer than I expected but Harold was very nice. The waiting room was suitable for social distancing. All in all, a great experience.

WOW pretty much describes Miller Honda. Very, very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable employees. I needed a state inspection and did not make an appointment. They inspected my truck right away, i paid and i was ready to go.

Honda at 3985 Valley Pike, Winchester, VA 22602, holding us HOSTAGE!! Took our Maryland registration to transfer plates to vehicle we bought there. Still no transfer 6 weeks later and they keep telling stories about why, that I know are not true. Called the General Manager multiple times he is afraid to actually talk to me, has a minion call me and be dismissive of my needs.

Alex Gutierrez helped me land the car of my dreams. He has been messaging me about a Honda Civic Type R for a few weeks. Told him I was interested in one. Didn't think I would ever be able to.
Well he called and said they had a brand new one getting unloaded off the truck. Hesitated for a little but then said why not. Well tonight I drove home in a brand new 2021 Type R. Am I dreaming??? Ohh and not to mention, I didnt pay a dollar over msrp!!!

Bought a Civic from Miller in 2001. Went back for new one in 2018 so I was obviously pleased.
With this one I have had all my maintenance (other than one out of town oil change) done by Miller and have been happy with service and price.
They have been unfailingly friendly and professional.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dealer
