I signed up with Meevo 2 in June 2020 after taking over my daughter's business. The program and especially the service is second to NONE!!
They are extremely acommodating, extremely knowledgeable. If you have an issue they get right back to you. This program is is fabulous!! The reports the whole system has everything you could need running a salon company and it's user friendly.
I HIGHLY recommend this program!!! Honestly I am still learning things, but if I need something I know it's just a phone call away!

I have used Meevo in two salons I ve worked in and I ve been amazed by it! It s so user friendly, customer service and tech support are top notch. There are so many cool features that make booking clients, adjusting appointments, checking out clients and selling retail a breeze! I learn something new and exciting from this every day, and it always seems to be something that makes my job so much easier! And it s so convenient for the guests as well! It saves them time and helps us give them the best experience they can get! Love it!

Meevo 2 is a wonderful system. The customer service is second to none. Very pleased with everything. They offer many perks. I'm fairly new and still learning, but whatever I need I know it's a phone call away. I would highly recommend this company!!

Very impressed with Millennium and their Meevo 2 product. This software is far superior than our last booking software. Looking back I feel the onboarding could have been handled better, but I m still giving 5 stars because the system itself is truly amazing. In addition, the support is outstanding, always very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. I will also add how much I love the educational part of Millennium, very empowering for our entire team.

This software is very compact and affordable. It is always being updated with new features and its users are expertly educated on the use of the system. The staff is very knowledgeable as well. Thank you John Harms and your Team.

After being with him for a few months my credit card machine goes down the only way I can get a new replacement is to buy a new one or to pay for warranty every month. The credit card machine that offers Wi-Fi or Bluetooth fails to communicate with me though causing transactions to fail

I absolutely love Meevo not only do they have the most helpful staff that look forward to helping you with anything that may come up they have a Facebook group and the owner actually answers your questions .now your definitely not getting that kind of white glove service anywhere else .Meevo is innovative and has helped us innovate our new business and what other company let s you be an actual part of what is added to the software .and you get so much more than what you pay for! .Meevo rocks!!!

I recently joined Meevo 2 after about 18 years of using Millennium. lots of learning to do. I use the support system, by phone, and have ALWAYS get great customer service and good personalities, not found in all businesses.
