Millenium hotels and resorts Review

I recently stayed at a hotel from this company and had a mixed experience. The location was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. 🏨 However, the customer service was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to guests' needs. The check-in process was slow and disorganized. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and clean. 🛏️ The food at the on-site restaurant was average, and the prices were on the higher side. Overall, it was an average stay – not terrible, but not exceptional either. I hope the company can work on improving the service quality to match the lovely ambience. 🌟
