I started working for Milestone in the beginning of 2016 after working for a number of other retirement companies in different capacities. I feel like I can speak confidently in saying that if I wasn't working for Milestone, I wouldn't likely still be doing this work. Its the first company that's mission is to provide good care for their residents as well as being supportive of their team members and encouraging the team members at all levels to do the right thing. I know that I'm lucky to be in this extraordinary position/community/building, and I know that there are people who make poor choices that negatively impact other folks. My experience though, with this company is that if you were to ask them...they would support doing the right thing even if it isn't the easy thing. I love my job, and its because Milestone is a part of my every day.

Very disappointed in the care/supervision being provided to my grandmother at one of their facilities. Requests to correct concerning medical issues have to be submitted several times before being followed through; maintenance requests not being completed in a timely manner. Entrusting the care of your elderly family member to others is already an extremely difficult decision/process. At this time, I cannot recommend their care facility.

I agree! DON T put any of your loved ones at any of their facilities! They will raise your rent with no notice, the people they employe have criminal backgrounds, and furthermore their lack of caring for their residents is apparent. I worked in one of their facilities and what I saw is all they care about is your money. They have high turnovers of employment and will higher anyone because they are short staffed. There facilities are nice on the outside but don t be fooled, what I saw there was disgusting.

Do not put your loved ones in any facility this corporation owns. All they care about is your money.
