The Doctors are great, but beware of Centura Health's administration fees. Every time you walk in to one of their facilities, they charge a "facility fee". I had a 20 minute visit, with a 5 min. blood drawn for testing and got billed over $1,000. My insurance covered the most of it, but still, when I asked for the details on the $400 facility fee, they could not explain that to me in detail. Unfortunate to see employed physicians get their reputation tarnished because of Centura Health's administration practices and lack of billing transparency.

I ve been going here for several years with no issues. My last visit they charged me $400 for a simple office visit. When I called them to ask why it was so much higher than it s ever been, they said $215 of that was facility fees . All I did was go sit in their office for a scheduled appt for less than 30 minutes. I would never have gone if I d known I d be charged a ridiculous fee like that; never going back.

Beware of this place! Though Dr. Conlon was awesome, very friendly, nice and helpful, Centura Health charges you a $277 "Professional Services" fee just for walking in the door! They don't tell you about it, nor do they include it on your mailed invoice, they just sneak in onto your online account and hope you don't notice. They should just be up front about it and not try to scam sick, worried people. I am going to ask my Primary Care Physician to stop referring clients to this place. Shame on you guys - the U.S. Healthcare system, insurance, and billing is complicated enough as it is. Too bad because you're doctors seemed caring, if not a tad disorganized.

I was taken very good care of during my treatments with Dr Conlon. The staff is caring and fun to be around during such times.

Do not use this office! I met with Dr Conlon twice in six months. They were just office visits. The second visit they randomly charged me $400 in 'facility fees', on top of the several hundred they charged for her 15 minute office visit. They never informed me they'd be charging me extra just for using their offices to meet with the Dr. If they had I never would have gone! Although I guess that's the point, they're hoping no one notices until they send the bill. SHAME on them.
