This Robot is a very unique product, It gives a very soothing and relaxing massage after a hard days' work, one just has to relax and let the robot do its work in a very professional manner.

I bought Milagrow Floor Robot and so happy to buy it from the day 1.The regular follow up by the service engineers makes me feel like they really care for their customers satisfaction..

No service without service product value is zeroioooo. I ordered Milagrow highest model when I recieved robot was incomplete without any information after 19 days send full product (mop) company had no time to give us demo for recieved product after one week company gives demo. After a few time our mishandling dustbin is brake our mishandling I complained in company any request to repair company demanded 3500 rs and I have to pay full amount after that company engineer bust after 12 days and he closed my complaint without repair reason is company has no part even company Custmercare is not supported they charged money and denied to repair my 60000 rs value product is dumped at my home

If google has negative star option i will go for negative infinite,as 1star is minimum i gave it.
#Not at all good place to work,i lost my 5 months by working there,atlast they haven't gave back my bills its nearly 5k,,they are cheating their own workers,,how they will give original and proper things to the customers..??simply these peoples works on quantity of products selling,,never on quality of the products.

#Eventhough I left with prior notice before 15 days,you all saying i haven"t,ofcourse you people gave me salary out of the appointment rules of your company,but atlast you people stopped my bills,last month salary,,all these may holds nearly 15k.#it was the worstever 5months in my entire lifetime,,that i had there.

#I Kindly request the authorities of the company,please respect your engineers,and dont lie to them,and dont tie them through sentimental manner.

The service provided pertaining to my Milagrow aquabot 7 has been outstanding. Mr Vasudev went out of the way to assist us. I had purchased the machine 2 years ago and was inadequately briefed on the maintenance and upkeep of the same. Mr Vasudev was extremely patient and polite and did every bit to address all my concerns. I understand he is a new member of the Milagrow family having joined the group only 5 days ago. I wish him all the best. My review will be incomplete without mention of Mr Shashank who was the person on ground to do the job. He is very professional and well mannered. Winning the confidence of the customer is the most important thing for any business and both these gentlemen have it in them.

Review of Milagrow Aquabot 5.0 with Wifi & Anion generator

# You can leave the Milagrow Aquabot 5.0 in a room and it does a good job of dry vacuuming the floor in Auto mode. However even after leaving it in a 170 sq. ft. room for around half hour there were certain areas that it missed and I had to physically direct the robot with the remote to those areas.

It went under beds and unreachable places in the floor and collected a lot of dust, hair etc., that maids tend to leave.
If one has time to monitor it, one can use remote to direct it to all areas of the room.

# The piece I had, wet mopping was leaving marks of wheel and brushes on tiles that looked ugly when the floor dried up. They replaced and repaired my machine and the problem reduced, as apparently in my piece enough water was not flowing into the mop, to clean the floor properly.

However, Wet mop does not have the pressure to remove footmarks and other dirt from the floor unless one physically uses the remote and spot cleans those areas with the robot in which it keeps cleaning the same place again and again, defeating the very purpose of the robot.

# The Battery is not lasting even an hour forget about 90 minutes as claimed in the site and in that much time, it can barely dry vacuum two large rooms. After it discharges, it takes almost 5 hours to fully recharge.

# The Wi-fi is a misnomer, as the machine does not connect to a wifi. A cellphone or laptop needs to connect to this machine through the wifi option and it gives a screen with a remote that can be used the same way as the physical remote serving no useful purpose whatsoever.

# Although the Milagrow site says 3 days return if not satisfied with the product, when I tried to return after day 1 because of the wet mopping problems, the engineer asked for time to rectify the issue. When he got it back & I was still not satisfied with the wet mopping, he refused to take it back. I wrote to the company founder Mr. Karwal, but even he declined to take it back and refund the money.

# This brings me to the last point of the product, its price. At Rs. 35,990/= this is quite overpriced and requires enough human intervention which does not justify such a high price.

# Suggestions for improvement This product needs to have software that can cover the whole room, by recognizing and not repeating the areas already covered. The battery life needs to go up and recharging time go down. Weight of machine if increased may make mopping more effective. Lastly, the software in the wi-fi option should be upgradeable and connectable to the Internet so that it can be controlled remotely.

Very happy with my purchase of Robopurifer robot. Had seen many options in the market but this was the only one which also acted as an air purifier for my home. Functionality is perfect and I can even start the robot's cleaning when I am in the office from my phone. Really a time saver!

I bought this product from Milagrow. It is working fine so far and I feel relived from tensions of maid. It is cleaning house very neat.. amazed to see it's performance.

Customer care responses very poor . Have yet to receive a response for a service request by mail sent 5 times and numerous phone calls to your Gurgaon number. .. An appointment fixed with service engineer for 6th May was a NO show.

We have been using it for the past few monts. It does dry and wet mopping well. Even floor edges/ corners are cleaned. Gives fullest satisfaction as to floor cleaning. Overall it is a good pre-paid maid :-)

It works as described, Now i upgraded my Milagrow AguaBot with Milagrow Imap .Easy to set up and use even for me being technology challenged...It is my permanent maid.
