After working with this custom home builder, I can say that the experience was fairly average. The design and construction process was smooth and they were able to bring our vision to life. However, the communication and follow-up could have been better. There were a few instances where we had to reach out multiple times for updates and information. Overall, the end result was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
