My loan repayment made since 17/01/2020 and debited by my bank to your account;and still showing am having same outstanding. I have sent in several emails without response,even have been calling the customer service line with nobody picking up for almost a week now Am really disappointed in this and this is happening in 21st century!

Am Adetunji sherifat, I only use my husband phone here because i always use my small phone for the loan.I paid my loan before due date and av not been given another loan I applied for,its almost three months on it. Is heart breaking
They are not considerate to their customers considering the facts that they go sending texts to their customers contact...how do you rectify the wrong signals after a customer had paid up their debts....bad reputation

The experience, I had with Migo loan Merchant was terrible,I made a payment Via QR scan code, It was successful from my end, even I have to complaints to my bank and they said it was successful, but this Merchant keep adding up to my loan, saying they can't trace my transaction, If there's a way I can rate you -0 I will gladly do that
Migo is very good, network is super when I travelled out I thought I will find it difficult to pay my loan I was surprised the transfer went without no wahala
