Horrible service how is it that you call a company speak with 3 employees and they all tell you I don't know the ETA for a patient. Priscilla. Melanie and supervisor Robert all gave the same answer I don't know.

My vehicle was hit by driver door opening onto incoming traffic...without looking . Knocked my mirror right off. I contacted the company right away and spoke to an Israel who has been playing games and promised to resolve this issue and payment for damage done by one of his drivers. I've been very patient And expected this resolved as it was promised and still no resolve. Shame on them. A Sandwich stop parked a a hydrant and opening doors without looking into in coming traffic.

My mom was told 3:30 pm pick up and it's 5:30 pm and nobody here yet. Unacceptable and disorganized.
First off, this company is far better than some of the Ambulette companies I ve used.
I found them much more professional. It s an ambulance with a stretcher and EMTS on board.
Only $100 more than an Ambulette service.
The attendants took care of getting my father into the ambulance.
The Ambulette driver I used once refused to even help my father into his wheelchair..
This companies General Manager is terrific to work with in resolving any issues.
