This was supposed to be a gift for my friend's wedding, but I can't give such poor quality items as a present. I reached out to their customer service and they were not very helpful either. They didn't offer any kind of compensation or replacement, and instead just told me to return the glasses for a refund. I expected much better from Midwest Glassware Outlet. Their products and customer service are definitely not up to par.
