Even with the country in a crisis I have gotten every single package on time and/or early with no complaints. Tons of stickers and I love the coozys :) Im not sure if this is family owned or not but it sure feels like it. Good job , thank you!

Great store. Great people. Kinda sucks they randomly close the store for paperwork. I just drove way out of my way to see a sign on the door saying we decided to close today for paperwork.

Recently purchased a MI Gen2 SUB 2000 Mini Picatinny Rail Optic Mount for $100. This Red Dot DOES NOT hold its position solidly after only a few rotational deployments. The head is sloppy and is not engineered to remain in position after each shot. Impossible to zero consistently. I left a review on their site, yet their website reviews will only show you the 5 star feedback, nothing less. This purchase did not perform as advertised and ended up being a complete waste of $$. Stick with the MCARBO option.

Helpful and personable team, it made purchasing their products a no-brainer.

My experience when I visited Midwest Industries was awesome! The staffs are down to Earth, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. The environment is great, even the customers were respectful. I brought my first AR 15 build in to get the headspace checked, which turned out to be a better outcome than I've expected. The staff torqued my buffer tube nut, barrel nut, and Strike Industries comp to spec for no cost!!!
He even shot my gun with Federal 5.56 bullets to make sure it is safe for me to shoot.
Highly recommend this gun shop if you are looking for professional gun smiths, or high quality parts.

I had a series of events that rendered me without an AR, I explained my situation to the folks at Midwest industries and they quickly put a rifle back in my hands. There are rifles on the market that cost twice as much without the same quality control. I ordered on a Sunday and had the rifle by the following Thursday. This during a stolen election, pandemic and panic buying that has rendered the industry completely out of stock and inflated. Their prices haven t budged, I run their parts on my AK and nothing beats their level of precision. An hour after picking my rifle up at the gun shop I ran 400 rounds through it, the rifle ran flawlessly, I can t wait to run this thing through fighting rifle. I would like to especially thank Lindsay, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. This has been and will continue to be a long business relationship between myself and MI...Thanks again guys and gals.

I bought a midwest handrail from one of their distributors, and myself installed it wrongly and rendered it nonfunctional, brought it in explained the situation and they gave me a replacement at no cost! The customer service I received was so much better then I deserved. They didn't ask me 20 questions about my purchase they just stood behind their product even when the issue was no fault of theirs. I will definitely be going back for any of my future firearm needs!
