My family has used Midwest on several occasions and they are THE BEST! We have had to schedule several ambulances to take my parents on non-emergency appointments and Midwest Ambulance has always accommodated our needs. They call to keep me updated and always call if there are any additional questions. I called Midwest Ambulance Services again today to schedule an ambulance for a doctor appointment in a few days and I spoke with Nakoa. She was so very kind, very friendly, professional and efficient. This company deserves a higher review score. Thank you to everyone at Midwest Ambulance!

They refused to transport a non emergency patient. My wife cannot walk. She has to go by ambulance to appointments. This place is a waste of time.
