Receiver opens 8am I think if you come after hours you can park along east side of building And if you push the green button at receiver door it stays on until someone on inside resets it, witch seems to upset the dock workers. I was met with a not happy person because they had to answer the door!!!

Fast loading time checked in at 10:00 am and loaded and rolling in less then 30 mins I did park over night out of the way and was not bothered while sleeping
