My car was towed - long story. I contacted them and was assured that my car was secure. When I went to pick it up, lo and behold the tank was on empty! I had a full tank before it had been towed. Someone siphoned out almost all of my gas. Of course they denied any wrongdoing. The girl who answered was rude and hung up on me, as if I had no reason to be angry! Rude little b****!
