Midlands Honda truly values their customers. Alex Polk was a huge help when we purchased our recent Honda Pilot. He was professional, friendly, informative and just down right nice. It was a refreshing experience compared to others I have had in the past. The whole experience is very streamlined! They have thought of everything when it comes to giving excellent customer service! Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and plans I already had and any new information on my car that needed to be addressed. I needed an oil change, along with a routine service. I called early in the afternoon and they were able to fit me in later the same evening. Wayne was my advisor and was awesome. He communicated very well and returned my car back to me better than I dropped it off. Customer service = 100%!
This was the first time I used Midlands Honda's complimentary concierge service where they pickup and return your car for service. It was the best experience! Jim Kunkle contacted me when my vehicle arrived at the service center and kept me updated throughout my vehicle's servicing process. The video of the technician's inspection was very detailed, a little too fast when talking; however, the video allowed me to make an informed decision on what services my car really needed. Overall, great experience, as always!
I visited Midlands Honda to check out a Honda Civic that I saw on their website. After I got there they told me that vehicle was sold and I was ready to leave because I wasn t interested in anything else. But before I got ready to leave I met with sales associate Tony White and he suggested another car to me that was the same exact style and color that I was looking for. Tony broke down all the details of the car and made me feel like he really cared about the vehicle I was going to purchase. The price of the car was also kind of out of my budget but Tony and Midlands Honda worked with me on the price and I was able to ride off in the car that I wanted at the price that I was looking for. I recommend whenever you come here speak with my guy Tony he ll get you right.

He takes time to listen and helps you find what you re looking for! We will definitely go to Jerry for our next car!
So this is my second time in 3 years purchasing from Honda and the service was even better than the last time! I love my upgraded Pilot! When you visit you have to sit with Shereece! She provided the BEST customer service experience. She listened well and was very accommodating to me and my two daughters. She was very personable and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. I truly felt like more than a number while with her and will be a Honda customer for the long haul because of this experience!
