If you're not a member you can't cash your check in the drive through, for no reason. The lobby is not open on Saturdays and there's nothing you will do different if you go to the lobby to cash the check, you still need your ID, the process is exactly the same and yet they will refuse. Makes no sense.
Michelle was very helpful and efficient. My issue was solved within a 10 minute phone call, no hassle whatsoever. Its reassuring to know the staff is always working quickly to resolve any conflicts.

They are great at sponsorship but not so much on loans for a company in the lending husiness. Been a member for 4 years now in four years I've been able to get 1 loan(never missed a payment and paid on time), I stopped my direct deposit because it takes them forever to get your deposit done(I usually had my check noon on Friday, payroll was done on Tuesday). Some tellers are amazing some are jerks, but it's Midland can't win em all.
Very friendly and very precessional on helping with my app issues and solving the problem in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.

Terrible loan department, loan officer gave me a full total which I paid that day, and then didn t hear from them for 2 weeks, I called them and they lied and said they don t have my number (I ve received calls from them many times) and say that I still owe more, all while talking to me like I m beneath her. If there were 0 stars I would do that.
Was one minute due to traffic and was rejected, sorry that I work across town and get out at 5 pm. The teller was very rude and basically hung up the video call before I could say something else. Horrible customer service, we all deserve a bad day but thank you for making mine worse.

I was able to use the chat option from the website which was very easy to use. Michelle got to me in a timely manner and was very sweet. All my questions were answered. I m very pleased with all their help!
First, I want to start off by saying that my husband and I have been banking here for 16-17 years. We have never had an issue with MTCU, until today 12/11/19.
I have never felt more like just a number with this establishment as I did today.
Mind you, during this situation I never encounter a rude person and/or down right mean person. Let me explain.
I made a CASH deposit before 7:30am in the drop box located at the Midland Dr. branch. There is a sign on the depository that clearly states:
Deposits received after 7:30AM will be credited on the next business day.
Apparently, they check the drop box before 7:30 AM
or my cash deposit would have been accounted for.
After talking to people on the phone and showing up in person to try to resolve this issue I was given a circular reasoning as to why my cash deposit, made before 7:30AM was not accounted for.
I was also told that if my account should become overdrawn there was nothing they could do to right the wrong by taking care of the overdraft charges that may occur, the very thing I was trying to avoid by making this deposit.
I am writing this in hopes to help others avoid this type of situation since they check the night deposit box before the stated time.
UPDATE: This is long over due. Within a day I received a call by management to discuss this issue. It was taken care of in a very professional manner. Thank you for getting back with me and taking the time to explain.
To Members or potential members... Do note: Don t make your deposit too close to 7:30am, they check the deposit box before that time in order to open drive through by 7:30. The sign on drop box can be a little confusing.
I've always had great experience with MTCU, very friendly n intentional staff. We hit some road bumps sometimes but as I mentioned, staff will always go out of the way to make sure all needs are satisfied. Great Job MTCU!!!
