Very disappointed. They took over 20 minutes to do...

Very disappointed. They took over 20 minutes to do simple banking transactions for 4 people. Meaning I couldn't be seen. Very disappointed. The staff were also argumentative and rude. They slammed the door on the three people who had been queuing and were upset after arguing with one man about it. Very poor customer service. I am considering transfering to another bank.

A lot of time wasted here. 7 weeks to open a bank account. Staff are polite but can be very argumentative.
The only reason even continued my application was because of Debbie, the only one who got straight to the point and did not waste my time.

Terrible bank. Honestly one of the worst I ve visited. Staff are rude and don t have a clue what they are doing, and that is even if there are sufficient staff to serve you, they are consistently understaffed. Always looking to add on an extra administrative fee. Considering moving my account so I don t have to deal with these idiots.
