Let escrow papers sit on desk for two weeks because the person didn't know what to do. That is not an excuse. Ask your supervisor, ask someone, don't ignore the situation, people are waiting.
Went in to sign closing documents with a client and they rushed us through the process not allowing for questions. Then they ignored demands that were sent to them and the final payment from them took weeks.
