I really love this company they have great employees we have been with this company for over 9 years they have taking good care of my granny my father and now some of my friends family members thanks so much Midsouth senior care for all that you do.
Both caregivers we have from Mid-South Senior Care are always on time and very pleasant. My parents have 24 hour care and Mid-South covers the "night shift." They keep the house secure and tidy along with compassionately looking after my parents needs in the evening.
Did not live up to their claims. Sis-in-law hired them. First caregiver didn't show up. 2nd one was nice, but didn't want to do much more than sit and look at her phone when she thought no one would notice. She was given a list of duties, which they'd had approved by her supervisor but she did none of them unless SIL got her started and did them with her.
Update: checked with SIL. SHe has the paperwork that says "Mid-South Senior care" with the number given by the agency below, so I'm 100% certain this is the right agency. It's even worse that the agency, instead of admitting they need improvement, would rather suggest I"m mistaken.
Slow response and forgot to schedule caretaker in time.
Mid-South senior care has provided excellent services for both my Granny and Aunt they provided us with excellent staff. Always there to do what ever it was we asked that we needed.Thank you all for taking such good care of them.

Mid-South Senior Care is actually the best thing to happen as far as care for my mom. We didn't know how to start looking for help. We interviewed 3 companies and Midsouth was great from the start. They worked with us to get the exact person we needed. We didn't want a person too young because we already have a lot of young people in the family. We wanted someone who can relate to Mom and understand her needs. The person they sent Eunice is like a part of our family. Thanks for the help we get from you weekly.
They don't care about the patients or the workers they just want to use you to care for the patients. The in bed patients have bedsores, the pay they promise u will not get, and they will hire anyone, I don't think they doing background checks because if they was they wouldn't have workers stealing from patients. Don't trust them when they say u can accept a permanent position because u won't get it unless it's far out of Memphis. Just a terrible company to work for.
