Ive been with them since 2011 and they have fallen off badly. The loan officers lie abt customer service to protect themselves even after you show proof. They are understaffed usually. And the staff is poorly trained. Never get a credit card from them, they do not mail statments or provide financial information. And to top it off reported it on my credit, even after i provided proof of me calling to resolve the issue well before it got to this point, and to prevent this. Theresa actually told me not to worry but never could give me my statement informatiom, or accurate account info. Jose argued that they mailed the statements but couldn't actually prove it. And still let this sit on my credit. I closed my kids savings account and my credit card immediately. Good riddens !
Terrible customer service, loan officer was the worst. I was a member years ago when the service was slow but exceptional. Hoping that service going forward improves. Update: service is far worst!
Not a user friendly site online, or on the phone. Technology very antiquated.
Absolute terrible experience, has only gotten worse since I joined back in 2016.
I have been with Mid-Cities since the 1970s. In the past decade I have found the institution to be extraordinarily inefficient and inept. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone there. Leaving a message? It's never answered. They have mis-managed my account several times. The staff has to be replaced.
A great credit union to join when it comes to support from the staff and rates on loans and credit cards. Their website could be more user friendly, but otherwise I'd highly recommend Mid-Cities.
Quality service.... Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good loan rates. I'm glad i enjoyed....
