Ive been with them since 2011 and they have fallen off badly. The loan officers lie abt customer service to protect themselves even after you show proof. They are understaffed usually. And the staff is poorly trained. Never get a credit card from them, they do not mail statments or provide financial information. And to top it off reported it on my credit, even after i provided proof of me calling to resolve the issue well before it got to this point, and to prevent this. Theresa actually told me not to worry but never could give me my statement informatiom, or accurate account info. Jose argued that they mailed the statements but couldn't actually prove it. And still let this sit on my credit. I closed my kids savings account and my credit card immediately. Good riddens !
