I called regarding my up coming April appointment and was told the supervisor would call me back. That never happened. I called again got voicemail so I left my name & number twice. Still no call back. Now on their website it claims the govenor suspended the liheap program. What about all of us who are out of heat for our homes???

MCCA is a social services agency designed to assist individuals and families become self sufficient by providing programs such as housing, violence prevention and energy assistance. Our charity, KTB Financial Services, is located in the same building and provides management assistance to low income individuals.

A very supportive team. If ever there is a need i will not hesitate to contact them. I went there to help someone who was in a bind and they knew what was needed and provided. If 10 stars was available they get them from me .

Everyone here has been super friendly and extremely helpful except one person other than that it's a go.

Women's Club assists with their Shelter by dropping off supplies monthly.

Very helpful, apply for LIHEAP here. By appt is alot easier.

very poor on helping someone with problems outside of utility bills. i called them and was trying to get help since there is no one in town and everyone referred to community action and they said very rudely that i have to look in another direction because they dont help. i was very disappointed in thier attitude about the matter.

They took in my donations for scrubs to provide to those that cannot afford to buy more as well as for the domestic shelter. The people were SO nice!!

I love that this Great Community Resourceful Place can help so many people out in need. Even during a Pandemic Time.

Had me fill out paperwork to schedule a phone call that will tell me when to come it and fill out more paperwork. My disabled family is about to be homeless we need help until I get my missing paychecks from work

Was very helpful and kind in offering assistance if met qualifications. Didn't take long at all. Just be sure to bring all needed paperwork to make it a smooth transition.

Failed to contact me back and no one available to speak with walking in. Been 6 days and not heard a thing after telling them we will be homeless soon. They offered no advice at all to that statement. I fail to see the purpose of this place!

Love this place they are very helpful and they help them people and families in the community with their power their electric their water their heat their rent in their deposits very helpful
