Clean room reasonably priced little hard to notice hotel from roadway although there is a sign all non-smoking rooms and if you're a smoker that sucks but do have pet rooms

Perfect place to stay! The rooms are small but work amazing for a quick overnight stay or if you are looking for a cheap get away in Rochester. The hotel is in a great location and is within driving range of the city. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. For the price point you cannot beat it.

Smaller room than I'd expected, ice was on the first floor only.

Happy they served free Breakfast, but most of all I love that they had an indoor pool.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were really nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the morning and snacks were available throughout the rest of the day. Overall a very pleasant stay, wouldn't hesitate to stop by again!

Great place. Only comaint is that you cant really see the tv from the jacuzzi tub

A clean and comfortable place to stay outside of Rochester, NY. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the location wasn't easy to find (set back from the road and wedged between other businesses), the surrounding area seemed quiet and safe.

I have used the Microtel on several occasions and everytime is has been my experience the staff is friendly, professional and great to work with. The rooms are always nice, clean an nd modern.

The only pitfall is breakfast. It is truly a continental style breakfast. Would like that to be updated a little.

Helpful staff and a decent breakfast. We chose this hotel because it allows larger dogs and we have not been disappointed. The only con is the room did have evidence of previous inhabitants.

Average hotel. Breakfast was alright. No eggs or meats. Just donuts, muffins, and toast.

Room was very nice. Service was very nice. However breakfast was lacking.

Stayed here for one night only for a surprise party hosted elsewhere. Very clean. Didn't have to interact with any staff, though, as the room was provided to me from family. Pet friendly. Good breakfast items provided.

We had a fire incident where we stay few days ago, all the tenants including us went to Microtel and honestly I didn't expect to be close to such a great place.
The breakfast isn't bad at all. Free coffee machine (including decaf and free tea bags with the hot water). Fresh Water & lemon all the time, lemons juice free all the time, in addition to the soft drinks fountain, free as well.

The rooms are spacious, good room service, they also accommodate pets which is great.

When they knew about our situation, they gave us all, the fire incident survivors, a very generous discount to help us worry less about our stay at their place, which shows their genuine materials.

Muffins, cupcakes, donuts or cookies are available also for free.

The place and the people make a great place to go to.

Awesome value. For a 2 start hotel there are several upscale amenities - granite counter tops, large higher-end bathroom, very good mattress, etc... The hotel is newer so every thing works. Quiet location with little traffic noise.

Rooms are clean. Friendly service. More items for breakfast would be nice though.

The staff was very nice and it was a good place to be.
