On the eve of a major holiday, my boss asked for 100 mousepads for a new client onboarding, starting the following Wednesday. I found 1stPads on Google, asked for a quote, and hoped for the best. My rep, Dave, asked me if we had any special deadlines ... "Well, yes..." I confessed. "We somehow need these in hand on Tuesday ... in New York, and by the way, we know you're closed tomorrow, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!"
Incredibly, these wonderful people, true production partners, rallied to print our custom mousepads SAME DAY, getting them into shipping that evening AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, without a SET-UP FEE, and at a price that was $300 CHEAPER than the next bid! The mousepads look GREAT, my boss is happy, the new customer won't know these mousepads weren't planned months ago. As well, I look like a hero (but only because of 1stPads).
HIGHLY RECOMMEND; WILL SHOP AGAIN.
