Microf is an awesome service for those who couldn t obtain regular financing.
There was a mishap on my end (my fault) for my original loan through my AC company, and then had to do the lease to own program through Microf as the techs were installing my new unit.

Hunter assisted me multiple times that day. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked hard to secure the best program that would suit me, and still reviewed all my options. He was quick to provide accurate yet easy to comprehend instructions as well.

With interest I will be paying more than expected, but still a great service when traditional financing is unavailable. I do like, however, the discounts available when paying early.

Find another way! I looked into this company at the suggestion of my A/C company. I was $3400.00 short to replace my AC. This is not a finance company as I was told but rather a rent to own so in essence you are paying a mortgage & rent at the same time. The term i was given is 36 months at $187.00 a month that = $6732 in order to borrow $3400.00. My personal opinion is that this company is really getting over on people!

DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING!!!! You will pay almost triple original cost... Terrible customer service.

Barb Yeskey is a first rate sales professional with extensive product knowledge and excellent people skills. She has been both enthusiastic and effective in helping to increase business within my customer group. This is in large part due to Barb s strong customer service skills follow up.

Great company to work with when you have customers with little to no credit. They work with our customers so we can get their HVAC installed quickly and easily. Shaletha has been great help with our questions and getting funding.

Great Option for consumers with credit issues and no other options. Yes, consumers will pay more for this service. That s true, but when the alternative is to go without heat or air, Microf is a viable option. What folks have to remember is that traditional financing is not an option for the folks that Microf approves.

Jessica has been very inspiring to our whole group with her presentations. Her knowledge on this program makes it so easy for our customers to understand because she is very good in going further into detail when she has to with some of my customers.

At first this seemed like a solid choice in July. We were in a tight spot financially and Microf seemingly came to the rescue for a new A/C unit. We worked through a contractor named "American Star" locally that worked with Microf. We ignored the terrible reviews and the person signing us up stated, "that was the old microf, we've come a long way". I was told i can receive my payoff amount pretty quickly when i needed it. Fast forward from July into December. I asked for a payoff amount in November. Microf stating that there is a "discount" when you payoff early seemed really intriguing. So i inquired about it rightfully so. Well, here's the bad... They took two weeks to actually get back to me, and when they did, the payoff amount was TRIPLE what the job costed... I don't know how this mixup happened, but now i see the writing on the wall. Unorganized company and poor customer service after you sign up. Everything sounds great when you need it, then BAM, they turn out to be worse than dealing with Comcast/Xfinity customer service. Basically scam artist company. Such a shame i felt secure in giving my business to these people, now i can't wait to get them outta my life for good. If anyone ever asks me about this company in the future, i'll tell them to RUN!

Having been with out air for a few years we were excited when we found out about this program. Unfortunately today we found out that there was a ball dropped, we had a conference call with Micron, our installer and us told us everything was approved and we scheduled install Equipment comes in and we have a great system now we come to find out today that something didn't get signed even though we had a verbal now I am facing having to come up with the whole amount..............

This company has great customer service. They offer a service for people that don't have good credit. They're not twisting anyone's arm to use them. It's an option, you can use it or not.
